So here it goes!

My family makes me happy. Being around them and making memories is what brings so much joy. I treasure all the moments I get with them and I must say, they are the funniest bunch of people I know.

My pug Bruno makes me happy. Bruno is the first dog who is mine, it’s scary being a first time dog mummy but I’ve never laughed, smiled and wanted to cuddle anyone or anything as much as I do him. It doesn’t matter where I am, if he’s able he will come with me. He’s my little shadow and I wouldn’t have him any other way.

Making a meal from scratch makes me happy. It sounds so silly but preparing and then cooking a meal or baking a cake from scratch and enjoying the finished result is such a satisfying feeling. Along with seeing others enjoy it too it’s like ‘hell yeah, I made that and it tastes blimin good’.

My closest friends make me happy. I am very lucky that my longest best friend who I met when I was 11 is now my boyfriend, there’s nothing better than knowing somebody so well and then it turning into a relationship. He is my favourite person. I also have a few other close friends who are all there for me if I need them to rant to, want take out, want to go for a dance or simply fancy a pamper night. There’s nothing better than knowing they’re a phone call away.

Lipstick makes me happy. This sounds so ridiculous, but I get so much happiness from choosing a new lipstick to bringing it home or getting it through the post to then be able to try it on. And I’m sure many of you know, that feeling when you’re putting it on and you’re like ‘yaaaaaaaaaaaas, this is amazing’ – that is happiness right there my friends.
