MAC Gold Deposit Dupe?

Ever since I purchased the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Give Me Sun! a couple of months ago I have been craving to also get my hands on Gold Deposit (£24, MAC Cosmetics). I just can’t bring myself to spend that much money on another Skinfinish when I’m attempting to save up to buy a house. Oh, look at me being all grown up.

So, when I can’t have what I want what do I do best? I try and dupe it.I present to you Make Up Revolutions Baked Bronzer in Rock On World (£4, Superdrug). Now, I don’t have a side by side image of the two as obviously I only own the MUR one, however from what I have seen in stores and online, this looks very similar. What drew me towards this is the fact that it is, as you can see from swatches, extremely glowy and bronze with gold reflects. Which in the summer time is everything I could ask for!

I must also point out that when swatching these in the store, the shade Fame was very similar in colour I would say to Give Me Sun!.

I’ve had many products from this range in the past and they never fail to disappoint me, so if you’re looking for a glowy, golden bronzer I’d say head to your nearest Superdrug and grab yourself one of these. An absolute bargain for such a good quality, highly pigmented product.
