exactly! and with a good eyeliner and base, you don’t have to worry about it looking messy after 8 hours.

I love doing this type of eye lip, especially with a red lip 😍
I love using white eyeliner on the lower water line also, I’ve found that it makes the eyes pop even more if I take a a pencil brush and buff a cool toned brow shadow right under the water line me then put the white liner on 🙂
