It’s been a while since I last went beauty shopping due to my spending ban. But it got to that time when all my essentials has started to run out, and an essentials shop was much needed. So I thought this was the perfect opportunity to do a little haul for you all.

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Tropical (£4.99, Superdrug)

I love me some dry shampoo. As I only wash my hair twice a week, this is the only item that sees me through the greasy days. I’ve found this to be the best affordable dry shampoo for my hair. Usually I head towards the original or fresh scent, but as the suns starting to shine I thought I’d mix it up and go for the tropical. Mmmmm.

TRESemme Keratin Smooth Heat Protectant Spray (£6.05, Superdrug)

I hesitantly purchased this if I’m honest. I absolutely adore my current Nicky Clarke Keratin Heat protectant spray, but unfortunately it’s not around anymore so I had no other choice. I’ve been loving my current spray due to the Keratin aspect. I really have seen a big difference in the strength of my hair since using it and the TRESemme spray was the only protectant I could find that also contains this. It’s not the biggest bottle in the world, but I’ll be sure to let you know how I get on with it.

B. Pure Micellar Water (£4.99, Superdrug)

I don’t know many people that don’t swear by micellar water. It’s one of my holy grail skincare items to ensure all my makeup’s been removed after cleansing my face and applying lotions and potions. I’ve been using the Garnier one for months, but on my mission to slowly but surely become more cruelty-free, I decided to give the B. Beauty one a go. I’m a big fan of this skincare range as I’m sure a lot of you know, so I’m excited to try this out.

Superdrug Naturally Radiant Eye Cream (£5.99, Superdrug)

I’m a big believer in eye cream and started using it when I was about 19. Anything I can do to prevent ageing is going to be in my skincare regime. I find that keeping the eye area hydrated is essential for keeping the wrinkles at bay. The Superdrug own brand is cruelty free and due to this I decided to give their eye cream a try. It’s also super affordable! I’ll be sure to let you know how I get on with it.

Makeup Revolution Banana Powder (£5, Superdrug)

I’ve seen so much hype around this product recently so I gave in (but let’s be honest, I didn’t need much convincing). I’m almost out of my current L.A. Girl pressed powder and I always find I prefer a loose powder in the warmer months. It’ll be great for a light dusting all over the face and also to bake with if I’m doing a more dramatic makeup look.
