Went In For Concealer, Came Out With a Little More..

NYX is definitely my current favourite brand on the highstreet. It’s affordable, amazing quality and the best thing about it, it’s cruelty-free.

I’m sure if you read my blog you already know I love, love, love their HD concealer. It’s definitely the best I’ve found and upon my recent trip to Boots to get another, I ended up buying a bit more than just the concealer..

NYX HD Concealer in Beige (£6, Boots)
This concealer is perfectly creamy enough to put under the eyes without creasing and it also stays in place great enough to use to spot conceal the face. As I’ve been tanning more recently I opted for a shade darker than I usually get and it hasn’t disappointed. Although the concealer doesn’t seem to last long, maybe just over a month, it’s so amazing and affordable that I can’t complain.

NYX Vinyl Liquid Liner in Black (£6, Boots)
I’ve been after a good eyeliner recently and I thought that liquid eyeliner was something that I never really would get on with. After seeing loads of YouTubers and bloggers alike raving about the NYX liners, I decided to give them a try. I did intend on getting the matte one but they were completely sold out so I went for this one. The brush tip is surprisingly easy to control and it’s brilliantly black.

NYX White Liquid Liner (£6, Boots)
Along the same lines as the above, I see so many great eye looks on Instagram using white eyeliner so I just had to pick one of these up. I’m excited to try out some different looks using this and through just the swatch itself you can see how white and pigmented it is.

NYX Vivid Brights Liquid Liner in Violet (£5.50, Boots)
Upon buying the other two liquid liners, I saw the whole array of colours that NYX has. That’s the great thing about NYX, not only do they put out great products, but they also put out an amazing array of colours. It took me a good few minutes to decide which vivid bright to go for, but I choose violet. I think it’ll be colourful enough to make a statement but still go with lots of different eye looks.

NYX Butter Gloss in Madeleine (£5.50, Boots)
I’m not the biggest lipgloss fan but I couldn’t resist buying this gorgeous one! It’s absolutely perfect browny peach colour and extremely glossy without being sticky on the lips. It’s gorgeous on it’s own and even more beautiful over a nude lipstick. I can see me getting a lot of wear out of this.

Overall I’ve very happy with my NYX purchases and I can’t wait to try them all out. What’s your favourite makeup product from NYX?

Love, always.

    1. Oh, you won’t be disappointed trust me.

I don’t think I’d go back to anything I’ve used in the past, this is just so perfect for my skin type – dry/normal. xx
