Makeup Revolution Liquid Highlighter

I’ve finally got my hands on it!

As you may have seen in my Dripping in Liquid Chrome Barry M Liquid Chrome review, this was the product that I was actually after at that time since seeing them all over my Instagram feeds.

On a recent trip to Superdrug, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the Makeup Revolution stand was stocked with the liquid highlighters I was dying to get my hands on.

Now, due to popular demand there wasn’t too many options to choose from. As I’d bought the Barry M Liquid Chrome highlighter recently in a pinky champagne colour, I wanted to get a more gold bronze toned colour this time.

After much swatching and convincing myself that I didn’t need all of them, I went for Lustre Gold (£6, Superdrug).

Lustre Gold is a beautiful bronzed gold shade and it’ll also create an amazing mix with my Barry M Liquid Chrome highlighter.

I’ve worn this a few times since I’ve got it and it creates that amazing ‘wet-looking’ shine on the cheeks. It’s not glittery and it blends great over foundation and powder products.

I find that the shine on this product lasts really well throughout the day and it also creates a gorgeous glow if mixed in with your foundation.

I’d definitely recommend these highlighters and there’s great range of shades to choose from to suit everyone – there’s even a unicorn one!

Have any of you tried out these highlighters? I’d love to know which ones you have!

Love, always.
