Soft, Romantic Makeup for Valentines Day

It’s coming up to the most romantic day of the year – Valentines day – although personally, I believe that nobody needs a certain day of the year to show their love for someone in their life.

Before we get into the makeup part of this blog post, I’d like to take this opportunity to share a little bit of love with you all.
Whether you’re following this blog, supporting this blog or just reading occasionally, I want you to know that I love you for it.
When I started this up just under two years ago, I never thought I’d keep it up for this long, never mind continue to find people discovering, loving and supporting the posts I create.
I absolutely adore the blogging community and I’ve never once felt disheartened, if anything the ever growing support has encouraged me to continue and really believe that one day, this whole making a lifestyle out of blogging could become a reality.
Although I’m still too much of a wuss to pluck up the courage to create YouTube videos, I feel safe in the knowledge that all of you amazing people would spur me on and leave some amazing comments about them – so who knows, maybe it’s something for me in 2018? If you do want to see it, then let me know – your encouragement is everything!

Now, onto the makeup..
I wanted to create a look for Valentines that you can wear on a romantic date or even out for lunch with the girls and it’ll take you from day to night.

The pretty pinks bring a fresh feminine vibe to the makeup and as no harsh techniques such as super smoky eyes or dark shadow were used, it allows your natural beauty to shine through!

I’d love to know what you’re doing for Valentines – so be sure to let me know in the comments below.

  1. Your make up is amazing. Don’t worry about YouTube. I think you will know how to do it right. I created a YouTube Channel, in my native language first and now in English. You have the chance to have a great community so don’t be afraid of creating a Youtube Channel 😘

  2. Oh, and also, about YouTube. I really was nervous before starting mine, and I quite literally had no followers, and no one who knew about me. But then I realised, I don’t care if people watch my videos or not- I make them because it makes me happy! And I can definitely tell that makeup makes you happy… so go for it! Oh, and the fact that you’re talented, gorgeous and have so many great supporters definitely doesn’t hurt!
Much love, and please do announce your channel once you set it up on here- I’d love to subscribe and keep up with your work on another platform.
