As the weather’s staying nice and warm (thank God!), I’ve been loving wearing more natural looking makeup. Now this doesn’t mean less makeup, it just looks like I’m wearing less – but this has meant that I’m missing out on colourful eyes. Not that I ever really wear them, but by being more natural, even a bit of smoke is out of the ordinary.
I was recently watching Hey Claire’s Peek A Blue video on YouTube and loved that she created a natural looking makeup with a little hint of blue and I immediately felt inspired.
By using just one brush and a couple of greens from the amazing Pretty, Fun and Fearless Palette Volume II by Chloe Morello and Ciate London, I created a natural yet colourful look and it’s actually one I can see myself doing on the regular.
To add a bit more of a natural finish, I gave myself some freckles and finished it off with a nude matte lip – although a glossy lip would also look super fresh. So if you liked to know the products I used to create this, please carry on reading.
