Back when I was a teenager, a bubblegum pink lip was my go-to. Especially if it ‘chalked’ out my lips a little – oh those were the days right!? These days, I still enjoy a pink lip, but I tend to lean towards the more muted slightly brown-toned ones. As I assume most of us do.

I recently got a new top from Missguided, which isn’t really the point of this post, but when I put it on the pale pink stripes got me inspired and I immediately went for my old favourite lipstick from Collection. It’s neon bubblegum pink but I think I made it very wearable in this look, pairing it with a super bronzed, natural look.

I absolutely love how this turned out, I think it’s perfect for those bright sunshiny days and I’ll definitely be reaching more towards the true toned pinks for future looks too!
