Lazy Girl Makeup

There are some days where you really can’t be bothered to do anything, especially your makeup. But on the other hand, you still want to look put together and like you’ve made an effort (when deep down, you know you haven’t even tried). After seeing Jamie Genevieve’s Lazy Girl Makeup and Hair tutorial, I knew I had to get it on it. 60% of the time I’m a lazy girl and I knew that a lot of people would love the easy look I have to share.

I try and use products for multiple purpose when I’m doing this kind of look, as it means I don’t have to think about what shades go together. In this case, I use the blush for my eyeshadow too! If you wanted to go one further and look more like you’ve ‘made an effort’ I’d recommend putting on a bright shade of lipstick. Personally, I always think that having a red or bright pink lip just makes it look like you’ve tried – and I know it’s one of the oldest tricks in the book but trust me, it works.

Without further ado, I’ll take you through the products and brushes used all in one go, unlike I usually do. I think the whole look took me about 7 – 8 minutes, so it’s a cracking one if you don’t have much time. Be sure to let me know your lazy girl tricks – I’m all for tips about putting in less effort than is needed.
