This year I decided to finally start getting into something I’m passionate about. Nutrition. My biggest step was actually doing a Level 2 Health & Nutrition course. Which I passed, yay! It also allowed me to really learn about what I wanted to start focusing on in life and on here – FOOD.
Personally, I’m a plant-based girl but what I’m about to tell you about is something that can be used by anyone. Whether you’re a veggie, meat-eater, man, woman, under 18 or over 50, this is for you.
Tell us more..
I created a daily food and wellness daily diary, as food isn’t the only thing that can affect your overall health. This PDF comes in four colours (all of which you get for less than £1) and allows you to track;
- Sleep
- Meals
- Water intake
- Well-being
- Exercise

I honestly think that by tracking these things, you’ll be able to find common links which you can then work on.
For example, you may find that when you don’t have enough sleep you tend to eat more high-sugar, high-fat food. Or, you may find that only when you exercise do you drink enough water.
What does recognising these trends mean for me?
It means you’ll be able to find that happy balance. You’ll be able to maybe push yourself to get an earlier night to avoid fuelling yourself with sugary snacks the next day.
You may realise you have way too much bad-fats which in turn, it making you feel groggy and have a ‘cba’ attitude.
Either way, I feel if you use this PDF either by printing it off and filling it in, or just using your phone to electronically fill it in over a couple of weeks, you’ll notice how you can change for the better. Better diet, better sleep, better well-being and who doesn’t want that?#
Where can I buy it?
As I said, you get all four colours which are purple, pink, green and blue for less than £1. You can find them either on my Etsy store here >> beccabynature << or via my blog shop. As you’re already reading my blog, I’m assuming you know how to find that one! It’s on my home page.
I’d really appreciate anyone who does decide to sign up and using this dropping me a message, just to let me know if it’s worked for you. I’m thinking of making a weekly meal planner too, as I personally like to know what I’m going to be making meal wise throughout the week.
If you have any suggestions on what you’d like to see to help with your nutrition, health, well-being or fitness journey be sure to let me know. I’m always wanting to make products that you guys LOVE.
Love, always – B

I love your layouts. 😍 I keep a food and wellness diary too, but I use a boring notebook to keep track of things. It’s not nearly as exciting as your notes!

Hi Becca. Thanks for coming over to my blog.
I’m a little obsessive about keeping track of everything. I keep one notebook for all of it. It’s nice to have one book to carry around and write in but I can certainly see the sense in keeping nutrition/health stuff in one place, especially it you refer to it a lot. Like!

I have lists everywhere. In my diary, on my phone, on my iPad. Basically wherever you can make one 😂

Such a great idea–it’s so suprising to what you ate or didn’t eat when you keep track.

Love this, it’s so easy to over calculate food by eye balling it. Wht really surprises me though if you don’t do this at the the terrible accuracy food labels are even though there on a product!! Keep up the good work 🙏

You know what? I tend to eat exactly the same well balanced diet everyday, in identical portion sizes. Like a pet hamster. So I don’t really need a diary. But I do think your pdfs look cute, and I also love your word nurtitition! Which does read cuter than nutrition ♥️
