Feelin’ Peachy

Personally, I love a peach. I know a lot of people aren’t too sure about them due to the fuzzy skin but honestly, that skin is what does it for me. In this post, we’re going to talk about all of the health benefits of peaches, so let’s go!

Digestion.

One peach can provide up to 10% of your daily fiber, which supports your digestive system. The fiber also helps to manage the blood sugar levels, which is great for the health of the gut itself.

Boost immunity.

There’s a lot of great vitamins within peaches. One of them is Vitamin C which is great for the immune system. Vitamin C is also a great support for the skin. It helps to produce collagen and can improve skin elasticity.

There’s also Vitamin A, which is great for your eye health.

A peach also have antimicrobial properties, which helps to defend the body’s immunity from day to day.

Beat that bloat.

I don’t know about you but bloating is a problem for me from day to day, especially when I eat something without properly looking at the ingredients. If you are feeling bloated, a peach is a great way to help.

They help to regulate the blood pressure and are a natural way of getting rid of excess fluid and sodium in the body. This relieves any pressure on the heart and arteries, helping to de-bloat.

Who knew one little peach could have so much power? I’m out to get mine now – what about you?

Love, always – B
