OMG – Affordable Amazing False Nails From Primark?!

Recently I’ve become a little bit addicted to falsies.

They’re so easy to apply, last around a week and give you that ‘nail salon manicure’ look without the price tag. Another great thing about them is that they don’t chip and they aren’t as harsh on the nails.

I recently purchased the Elegant Touch nails from Superdrug, you can see my post on them here >> Since When Did Stick-On Nails Become So Fun?! << and I loved them so much that I knew I had to get more.

That’s when one of my friends told me about Primarks nails, they vary from £1 – £4, come in loads of different finishes and some even come with amazing designs on them.

I may have bought six pairs.. and altogether they came to less than a tenner – amazing.

There was probably about 30 different shapes, colours and designs to choose from and I changed my mind so many times in the space of about 10 minutes but I eventually settled on the following six.

Squareletto Red Velvet and Pointed Black Suede (£1 each)

These both have a smooth matte finish, the length is just about as much as I can handle but as the false nail itself is completely opaque with the colour, this means that you can file the nail down to any length or even shape you won’t and it’ll look just as great.

The Red Velvet ones are the first from this haul that I’ve put on as I’ve been craving deeper nails now the weathers getting colder and they look stunning.

Metallic Gold Rush and Ice Blue (£2 each)

These are the shiniest, most chromatic nails I’ve seen anywhere. I don’t even think you’d be able to get this effect at a nail salon. I loved all the variations of this finish that you can get and the Ice Blue one will be perfect for the winter months.

Insta Girl (£1.50) and Bloody Nails (£2)

Primark have really pulled it out of the bag with their design nails. There were glittery ones, some with rhinestones on and I had to stop myself from buying them all. I decided to go with the Insta Girl ones as I loved the colour of the nail, a beautiful nudey brown and the simplicity of the silver lines really caught my eye.

Now the bloody nails I really couldn’t resist. If you’ve been following me since last Halloween you’ll know I had blood dripping nails last year >> Blood Dripping Nails for Halloween << and I loved them so much. As I’m now saving money and not going to the salon, I decided to give these ones a bash. I love the black against the red and they’ll be perfect for the festive spirit of Halloween.

Have any of you tried out the falsies from Primark? I’d love to see any blog posts or pictures you’ve done on them!

Love, always.

  1. Swear by Primark nails! I always buy the nude coloured ones, they last for a decent amount of time if you use a good quality glue. For the price you pay you can go wrong. Love the Halloween ones too ☺️ xx
