There’s Nothing I Love More Than A Superdrug Haul

It could be toothpaste, foundation or an eyeshadow palette that I’ve got my eyes on that I’m nipping into Superdrug for. It’s never just that one thing that I come out with. Although I could’ve easily purchased about £300 worth of stuff, I stuck to kinda what I went in for.. plus a couple of purchases that weren’t actually on my list ooops.

Mitchum Pure Fresh Anti-Perspirant Roll On in Pure Fresh (£2.89, Superdrug)

In my time, I’ve tried many different anti-perspirants, from sprays, roll ons and sticks to all the brands that you could think of mentioning. Once I tried Mitchum a couple of years ago, I’ve never turned back.
I’m not an overly sweaty person, but this is the only anti-perspirant that I’ve ever used where I can honestly say, I don’t sweat – even in the hottest of conditions – and if I do sweat, it’s not sticky and smelly (yes, I said it).
I’ve tried the different variants of this and can safely say that the roll-on is my favourite. I’m not too fussy on the scent as I don’t really often notice it and there is the option of unscented for those who may be sensitive to fragrance.

Colgate Sensitive Whitening Toothpaste (£2.99, Superdrug)

I’m not overly fussy when it comes to toothpaste. I prefer any that are whitening and preferable for sensitive teeth. I wouldn’t class myself as someone who has super sensitive teeth, more just a bit too much of sweet-tooth and a lover of things that are overly cold. This toothpaste was on offer at the time, so that’s why it ended up in my basket.

MUA Pro Eyeshadow Palette in Fire Vixen (£5, Superdrug)

A tester of this eyeshadow was actually on another stand and I had to ask the lovely assistant where I could find this amazing eyeshadow palette. The orange, pinks and amazing warm shimmer shades really struck me and I knew that it would be an amazing palette for the autumn months. I was amazed to find that it was only £5 and for that price, who could say no? I haven’t tried this out just yet, but I can assure you that a look using this palette along with a full review, will be coming soon.

Tanya Burr Perfect Brows (£6.99, Superdrug)

Ever since I first discovered Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade, I’ve never looked back to brow powders or anything alike. I’ve stuck to the same thing because – if there’s not a problem, why fix it right? Well, the more videos I watch on either YouTube or Instagram, the more and more I see people creating amazing brow looks with just powder and it looks so natural or sculpted, depending how you use it. I decided to pick up Tanya’s brow kit on a whim as I’m coming towards the end of my dipbrow and it’ll give me an opportunity to experiment a little with my eyebrow routine. It comes with 3 amazing brow shades and one highlight shade. If it is that I decide to stick to my eyebrow, this won’t be a loss at all as I’m sure I’ll use the powders as eyeshadows.

What’s the most recent thing that you bought at Superdrug? I’d love to know!

Love, always.

  1. I have that MUA palette! Their eyeshadows are amazing for the price! I actually managed to resist a superdrug purchase that I don’t need today but it’s 3 for 2 on beauty so I’m sure it won’t be long until my next haul! x
