The 10 Minute Sparkly New Year Makeup

New year. It’s a time for everything glittery, sparkly and metallic to be worn head to toe. I mean, what better way to bring the year in right?

Now, if like me you’re working through the evening. There’s not going to be a lot of time to get ready, especially as seeing your family and friends at the party is way more important than getting yourself new year ready.

So, I’ve created this super simple makeup look that takes as little as 10 minutes and looks like you’ve put a hell of a lot of effort in. There’s sparkle, bronze skin, winged eyeliner and a pop of colour on the lips. The lip of course can be changed to co-ordinate with your outfit for the big night.

The star of the show is the eyeshadow, which is Woodwinked by MAC. It’s my favourite one shadow look. It shifts the tone in the crease and on the lid meaning that it looks like you’re wearing more than one shadow – with less of the hassle.

Let’s get glam and bring 2018 in with a bang – happy new year everyone!
