There’s so much makeup around these days that I personally find that I’ll buy stuff from the shops without even thinking – do I already have something like this? 90% of the time, yes. Yes I do. For this makeup look I decided to use some of my old favourites and products that I rarely use now, as I always reach for the newer stuff.
It really is a shame that I do this and I’m sure most of you do too. So, I rocked out my first ever MAC lipstick Angel. It’s not really a shade that I tend to reach for, mainly because it’s a frost finish, but my goodness – it’s so beautiful, especially when it’s paired with a gorgeous brown nude liner like I did here.
I also decided to get out my liquid liner, something I haven’t used in a while and I’ve started using more and more in recent weeks. I think I go through phases with liner where I either wear it, do a eyeshadow liner or just wear none at all. Recently I’ve been loving it and I forgot how much this NYX Vinyl Liquid Liner lasts throughout the day!
I’d love to know which products you never reach for anymore. Why not get them out and create a makeup look with them? Link them below and I’ll be sure to check them out!

You’re welcome 🙂
Love this look I’ve been using the maybeline mousses lately & I love them more now than I did as a teenager x
Oh wow! I remember when they were all the range 😂 x
So do girls walking around with foundation 5 shades too dark and foundation on their lips too 🙈
Yes I have some makeup products that I forgot I had. I just remembered that I have a MAC single eyeshadow called antique. I will try it on 😉😊
Ooo I’ve heard that’s beautiful. You must let me know how you get on with it now x
I give them to my makeup students. It helps them to have products to practice with at home.
