Surprisingly, cooking and baking is actually a skill of mine. It just so happens every time I film it, it all seems to go horribly wrong.. maybe we should try a whole what I eat in a day next?

2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup white chocolate and coconut protein powder
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Preheat oven to 110 degrees
Mix all ingredients together until chunky but smooth consistency
Put into tray and press down really well
Bake for 8 minutes
Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting
