Winged Liner Eye Look with a Rich Red Twist

Before anything else I primed my eye with Soft Ochre Paint Pot (£16, MAC) using my fingers to ensure an even application on my whole upper lid.

From Make Up Revolutions Run Boy Run (RBR) Palette (£6, Tam Beauty) I used the palest matte shade, Follow Me, to go over where the primer had already been applied with the Zoeva Soft Definer brush from the Classic Eye Set (£38, Beauty Bay). Using the same brush I then went in with Head to the Hills to start to create a soft transition shade in the crease.
To deepen the crease further I then used Buck from the original Naked Palette, although you can buy it individually (£14, Urban Decay) on the Chisel Fluff Brush from the Morphe 12 Piece collection (£11.95, Beauty Bay).

To then create the lighter lid colour I used Nylon (£10, MAC) on the Zoeva Smoky Shader Brush to pack this onto the mobile lid and I also highlighted the inner corner of the eye. As this had then created a ‘cut crease’ effect I went in with the shade Break Out From Society from the RBR palette on the same brush to create a defined and contrasting crease colour and slightly winged it out towards the eyebrow.

Then I took NYX Glitter Primer (£8, ASOS) and using my finger placed it on top of nylon on the eyelid. And taking the Sponge Applicatior from the Morphe Brush Set I applied holographic glitter (see my glitter haul) over top. Giving a gorgeous finish.

To complete the look I then took MAC Fluidline in BlackTrack (£16, MAC) with the Morphe Wing Liner Brush and created a dramatic wing which is parallel to the red wing we created with eyeshadow. I also used this liner to tightline the upper waterline. And using Rimmel’s Khol Pencil in White (£2.99, Superdrug) to line the lower waterline and open up the eye.

Finally I took Maybelline’s Push Up Drama Mascara (£7.99, Superdrug) to coat the upper and lightly coat the lower lashes.

Tada, an autumn twist on a winged liner look.
