I’m always on the hunt for the perfect nude, one that goes with glam looks, day looks, isn’t too warm and isn’t too cool toned. I always seem to go for one that’s either too cool toned or too pink, there’s never been that perfect in the middle shade… until now.
I recently went to Dublin and upon my return there was no option but to spend all my well earned cash at duty free (of course)!
I went to the MAC counter, I was browsing and swatching numerous nudes preferably looking for a matte finish when a lovely, and may I add stunning lady, asked if I needed any help.
I told her that I was after a matte nude with a warm undertone and she showed me Yash (£16.50, MAC Cosmetics) which is described as a deep neutral. As soon as she swatched it on my hand I knew I had to have it. 
It’s the perfect nude, that she amazingly demonstrated could be worn with many different lip liners to change the overall look.
This lipstick is the same as all the other MAC lipsticks I own, the gorgeous vanilla scent and the smooth feeling when applying the product to the lips. There’s no drag and the pigment is flawless, it gives full coverage in one swipe.
Even though it’s a matte finish, it’s very creamy and lasts so well throughout the day. Even after my eight hour shift at work, there was still a sheer wash of the product remaining and the added bonus was that my lips hadn’t dried out. 
This colour is absolutely perfect and I’d highly recommend this shade to anyone who’s after a more warm toned neutral nude. It goes with everything and hasn’t disappointed me in the slightest.
Also big shout out to the girl who served me on Monday 8th May at Dublin airport terminal 1 around 3pm – you were amazing!

The shade is gorgeous!! Mac is my favorite cosmetic brand! I am so glad Ulta Beauty is starting to sell Mac products, now I just have to hit one store than go to a different one that sells Mac! The color looks great on you, thank you for sharing!
