I love working with people to create their vision and for Pip from Growing Up With Dogs, this was a logo with her dog Buster and a simple baby image to represent her gorgeous daughter Amelia.

I was so happy to be approached to create this, Pip has been in our lives for a couple of years now as she and her husband were the dog walkers we used before she went on maternity and they also helped chaperone the dogs at our wedding last year. She’s one of the loveliest people and her new venture Growing Up With Dogs is all about how to raise your children around dogs. Definitely an account I’d advise checking out.

I was sent the cutest images of Buster. As you can see, he’s got the best eyebrows and greying features in a dog, something I actually love. My pug Bruno’s got a grey little beard and it’s just amazing!

I used these along with the background colour Pip liked and she let me know she preferred a more scripted font, so I whipped out my best calligraphy to write that up for her.

The final image.

I knew that for the baby image I wanted to include Amelia’s super cute dimple and Pip had said we needed to get her signature curl in – which of course we did.

I love the way Buster came out, he’s got such a friendly face and the overall layout all came together in the end.
